A Symphony of Lights

“A Symphony of Lights has been awarded the world’s Largest Permanent light  and sound show by the Guinness  world records” – that is what is read in my Brochure for my tour with Gray lines through Shoe String travel.  After our ride on the Star Ferry our guide Johnny (Depp) led us to the spot on the Promenade that was “Perfect Spot” say Johnny to see the light and sound show. Depending on the day the announcements are in different languages. We were there on a Thursday night and the show was in English. The Show is spectacular. The timing with the lights and music is perfectly put together. In all there are 44 buildings involved to make this show happen every night in the famous Victory Harbor. If you are going to be in town over a few nights you must make sure to see this nightly event. Best of all it’s free to the public.   There are a few really nice restaurants near by that have seating that also gives a great view of the light show so if you have to eat but don’t want to miss the show try having dinner near by and kill two birds with one stone.
